Since our beginning in 1986, Cay Arbor Group has been responsible for the opening of 14 manufacturing locations in Europe, US, Mexico and Korea. As consultants, we took on the full responsibility of assessing local sites, working with local entities on permitting, site construction, new personnel selection, machinery and equipment relocation, and production start-up.
There are only a handful of professionals in the world able to do what we do, with our experience and breadth of knowledge. We are hands-on specialists, who come in and assist you in the process or, as in most cases, take full charge of the situation and ensure that the established objectives are met on time and under budget.
